A new addition to Arbuckle Memorial Hospital, the Arbuckle Family Medical Clinic, in a rendering above, was announced late last year and is currently under construction with a completion date of this spring.

Chickasaw National Recreation Area welcomed a new addition in the first half of the year, a baby buffalo in the first half of 2019.
Several Sulphur Veterans Center residents were taken aboard a restored World War II by plane last spring. An American Airline pilot volunteered his time to treat the local veterans to the flight in and around the Ardmore Airpark.

Sulphur Cub Scout with Pack 160, Joshua Stephens, won the First Place Overall trophy in the recent Pinewood Derby held by the Arbuckle Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America. Stephens also placed first in the Bear Den Division at the competition.
