CNRA To Host “WATER” Exhibit

During February, an interactive traveling exhibit created by the University of Oklahoma’s Carl Albert Center will be on exhibit at the Travertine Nature Center. The exhibit, “WATER: Congressional Representation to Protect a Precious Resource,” currently is on an 18-month trip around the state, thanks to funds from the Oklahoma Humanities Council, the Southern Climate Impacts Planning Program, and the Mesonet. “WATER” provides a narrative of historical events, highlights pivotal congressional figures through time, and explains current water-related issues that the state is facing.
