Former Murray County Commissioner Jimmy W. Rackley, 57, of Sulphur, was injured in a one-vehicle accident last Friday, Feb. 22. According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Rackley was driving north on U.S. 177, .7 miles north of Sulphur about 3:44 p.m., when he experience a medical event, according to the patrol.
