Peters, Harazda File Unopposed For Council

Incumbent Sulphur City Council members Ryan Peters, in Ward 4, and Cedon Harazda, in Ward 2, each filed for their respective seats without opposition after the end of the three-day filing period last Wednesday, city officials announced this week.
Harazda, the youngest to ever serve on the Sulphur council at age 18 and still in high school at the time, was appointed in the spring of 2020 to serve the remaining unexpired term of Randy Johnson, who moved out of the ward.
