Snow, Cold Temps Dominate Weekend

There were not many joggers or for that matter flowers in Flower Park, at left, as brutally cold temperatures and about two inches of snow kept most people indoors after a strong winter storm moved in Friday. The storm ushered in periods of heavy snow throughout the day. Some of the coldest temps in years were recorded on Saturday morning with readings around zero.
