Sulphur Man Killed, Mother Injured In Crash East Of Wynnewood
A Sulphur man lost his life and his mother injured in an accident on November 22, seven miles east of Wynnewood, in Garvin County, troopers report.
According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, 24-year-old Charles Womack was driving a GMC pickup eastbound on S.H. 29 near CR 3350 when his vehicle left the road and struck a tree.
Charles Womack was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash and his mother, 47year-old Marie Womack, also of Sulphur, was taken by Mercy EMS to OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City and treated for head and arm injuries and released, troopers said.
