It felt like a Family Night for a couple of local brothers, as Brian and Tony Day celebrated Brian’s recognition as a successful scouting leader in Sulphur.The occasion was the annual Banquet held by the Washita District of the Arbuckle Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America in Wynnewood on Saturday, Feb. 2.

Brian Day was awarded the District Award of Merit. He is shown here on the right with his brother, Dr. Tony Day, who also is active with Sulphur Troop 160 where Brian is Scoutmaster. Brian is an Eagle Scout and a member of Scouting’s Order of the Arrow.
