McCall Beginning Third Term As House Speaker

Oklahoma House Speaker Charles McCall (R-Atoka), center, was sworn into his third term as speaker in ceremonies on January 5. Runyan Appointed To School Board

Local businessman Bear Runyan takes the oath of office as a member of the Sulphur Board of Education during Monday night’s regular meeting. Runyan was appointed to fill the unexpired term of Fob Jones, who resigned in December.

Runyan Appointed To School Board

Former board member Fob Jones, now board attorney, administered the Oath of Office to Chance “Bear” Runyan, at the regular monthly meeting of the Sulphur Board of Education Monday night. Jones resigned the post in December to assume the role of board attorney following the retirement of long time attorney, Phil Hursy.
