There were no reported injuries in a two-vehicle crash on Williams Dr., just west of the Sulphur Industrial Complex and airport. The accident happened about 9:00 a.m. Monday.

In a special meeting, the Murray County Fair Board last Thursday evening voted unanimously to cancel the 2020 Murray County Free Fair. The fair was originally set for September 2-5, 2020.

A once picturesque home on West Broadway in Sulphur is now just a memory after it and a similar home just its east were in the process of being torn down this week.
A Davis man was killed and his passenger was airlifted to an Oklahoma City hospital in critical condition following an ATV accident on private property, four miles north of Davis and one-half mile west of U.S. 77, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
As of today, Sulphur students are on tap to begin school as scheduled on August 12, 2020, but with some changes. This was the message received by the Sulphur Board of Education at the regular monthly meeting Monday night.
