Rainbow OHCE Club Holds September Meeting At Expo

The September meeting of the Rainbow OHCE was held September 13, 2022 at the Rob Barrett room. Ten members were present. Hostesses were Donna Gillihan and Cheryl Rolin. President Moriah Patterson opened the meeting, we then enjoyed a delicious meal and a fall pumpkin patchwork demonstration lead by Tracie Sousa. Each member decorated a foam pumpkin with small scraps of fabric adding either glue or cutting slits and inserting fabric into the pumpkin. Each one was very different, a big thank you to Tracie for the demo and to Donna and Cheryl for the wonderful meal. Business included Murray Co. Fair reports and upcoming event dates: Community Mtg. September 19 at 10:30 a.m., September 22 State Fair Trip (to be determined by interest shown), October 13 through 15 Quilt Show: All hands on deck for this event.
