The Parker Memorial Library will have an afternoon of fun for homeschool families on Tuesday, January 25th at 1:00 p.m. Families will be able to immerse themselves in a variety of board games while socializing with other homeschool families. Perfect get-a-way from the nuances of television and social media.
Sulphur, Okla.– Buckhorn Campground and dump station at Chickasaw National Recreation Area will be closed from January 6, 2022 to March 1, 2022 while the sewer system is upgraded. Park visitors may continue to camp at either Rock Creek Campground or the Point Campground. Rock Creek Campground is located adjacent to the historic Platt District. Campsites at Rock Creek are first come, first served and are all non-electrical. The Point Campground, located by the Lake of the Arbuckles, has some campsites with electricity and water hookups that can accommodate recreational vehicles.
