Charles Leon Wheelus, Jr., of Sulphur, was born January 4,1942 in Oklahoma City, to Helen and Charles Wheelus. He passed away Friday, September 13, 2019 in Sulphur, at the age of 77 years, 8 months and 9 days. Charles grew up in Oklahoma City, where he graduated from high school.
