Lelia Barger, of Sulphur, was born July 27, 1945 in Artesia, New Mexico to Henry and Dessie (Puckett) Jenkins. She passed away Tuesday. Oct.31, in Sulphur at the age of 72 years, three months and four days. Lelia had lived in several places before coming to Sulphur 10 years ago.
