Mosie N. (Lou) McCumber

Mosie (Lou) McCumber, 89, of Sulphur was born October 7, 1932 in Dougherty, to Guy T. and Lou Ella (Shannon) Beal. She passed away Wednesday, Nov. 17, 2021 in Sulphur, at the age of 89 years, one month and 10 days.

She had lived most of her life in this area.

Lou was preceded in death by her parents, Guy and Louella Beal; her husband, Stafford R. McCumber; sons, Larry Don McCumber and Stafford Lynn McCumber; four brothers, Ray Beal, Guy Shannon Beal, Mike Beal and his twin sister, Shirley Beal.

She is survived by her grandson and his wife, Clint McCumber and Cheyenne; great grandson, Jagger McCumber; special friends, Jackie Neal, Kathy and Alan McKay, Melinda and Gary Carpenter, and David & Ruth Ann Shores.
