Norma Jean Jones

Funeral services for Norma Jean (Grover) Jones, 80, will be held 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 15, at the First Baptist Church of Davis, with Pastor Willard McCartney, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow at the Green Hill Cemetery in Davis under the direction of Hale’s Funeral Home of Davis.

Norma was born March 7, 1942, in Ringling, to the late Albert L. and Ruby (Perry) Grover. She passed away on Friday, June 10, 2022, in Davis. Norma and Donald Ray “Don” Jones were married on June 25, 1962, in Sulphur. He preceded her in death on September 8, 2011.

Norma was a faithful member of the Hennepin United Pentecostal Church.

Survivors include one son, Rodney Jones and wife, Karri; two grandchildren; one sister, Marie Freeman of Amarillo, TX; and a host of in-laws, nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, Norma was preceded in death by one son, Barry Ray Jones, in March 1981; two sisters, Dean Lee, and Tessie Guthrie; and three brothers, Son, Mike, and Alvis Grover.

Serving as pallbearers will be Rick Snyder, TJ Webb, Colby Bumgarner, Richard Thomasson, Cavin Jones and Greg Avery.

Services are “Entrusted To” HALE’S Funeral Home of Davis, OK.
