William “Willie” Eugene Weeks, Jr., a longtime resident of Sulphur, passed away in the DVA Medical Center in Oklahoma City on October 12, 2018. Mr. Weeks was born November 15, 1953 in Artesia, California. He proudly served his country in the United States Army and was honorably discharged in 1972.
