Jerry Don Simmons, born August 21, 1939, passed away peacefully surrounded by family May 8, 2021 in Denton, Texas. Jerry was a long-time resident of Davis, where he and his wife, Elaine, owned and operated the Oak Tree Cattle Company on S.H. 7, west of I-35.
Grace Young Helms was born November 4, 1923 in Oklahoma City to Will E. Young and Stella Will Ward Young.
Funeral services for Olga Hazel Jones will be held 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 5, at Hale’s Memorial Chapel in Davis with Pastor Tony Vaughn officiating. Interment will follow at the Green Hill Cemetery in Davis.
Richard Lee Shive, 86, of Keller, Texas went to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 1, 2021. Richard, aka “Poppie”, was a devoted and faithful husband, father, brother, son, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend who will be dearly missed.
