Billy Ray Worcester, of Sulphur, was born on May 27, 1946 in Ada, to Donna Lorene (Sealy) Reynolds and Norman Leo Worcester. He passed away in Sulphur on November 5, 2023 at the age of 77 years, 5 months and 8 days.

Wanda June Dilbeck

Wanda June Dilbeck

Wanda June Dilbeck, 84, of Sulphur, passed away at her home on Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2023. Wanda was born on June 4, 1939 in Seminole, to Clifford and Gladys (Smith) Lemmings. She was a long-time employee of the Oklahoma School for the Deaf and was a resident of Sulphur the vast majority of her life. One could not have asked for a better mother, daughter, sibling, friend or acquaintance. She held family and friends in the highest regard and was always there for all. She is loved dearly and will be missed eternally.

Billy Frank Warren

Billy Frank Warren

Sulphur resident, Billy Frank Warren, born December 2, 1941, to Leonard and Minnie (Newberry) Warren, was called home on November 8, 2023. Bill attended Sulphur Schools and at 17 signed up for the National Guard. Bill later enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1960. While serving as an electrician on the U.S.S. Dahlgren DLG-12, he was stationed in the Philippines.

Frank Slover Townsley

Frank Slover Townsley

Frank Slover Townsley, (96), of Norman, passed away peacefully on Monday, Oct. 16, 2023. To say Frank was a special man is an understatement; his death comes as a great loss to his family and friends. Frank was born on May 25, 1927 to Ruby Slover Townsley and John Matthew Townsley in Sulphur. After graduating from Sulphur High School in 1944, he joined the Navy and went on to receive his degree in Forestry at Oklahoma A&M, known today as Oklahoma State University.
