Memories of H.W. Gay
This Indian Pioneer Paper was recorded by Maurice Anderson on March18, 1937.
Father was Iveno Gay and mother was Kate Watson. I was four years old when my father and mother left Minnesota. We passed through the Indian Territory. There were three wagons, two other families were with us. I was small but I can remember some things that happened. I remember we stopped in Muskogee, Indian Territory for three days.
