Big 3rd Quarter Gives Sulphur 41-7 Win

As many know from years before, weird stuff happens on the field just below the hill in Purcell.

Strange endings, big upsets and many other things in the recent history of Sulphur and the Dragons.

And on Friday night, things seemed to be headed in that direction early on.

But Sulphur took control in the second quarter and ran away with it, winning over Purcell 41-7.

The Dogs (5-0) fumbled away the opening kickoff and trailed 7-0 after the 1st quarter, but got things rolling quickly after.

Early in the 2nd, Sulphur forced Purcell into 4th and 27 from their own three and the Dragons obviously punted.
