Dog Baseball Team Coming On Strong As Districts Near

It was a great week for the Sulphur baseball team, as they won four of five games and finished runner-up in the Lake Country Conference Tournament. The Dogs continue to play their best ball at the right time of the season and currently sit at 18-12.

The Dogs beat Purcell last Tuesday 8-1 before a great showing in the LCC Tournament.

Sulphur had no problem with Lone Grove in the first round, winning 12-0 in just three innings. Sulphur also made easy work of Plainview in the semifinals, rolling 11-2.
