Dogs 7th, Junior High 2nd In Conf. Meet In Shawnee
Both the Sulphur high school and junior high school had great showings at the Midwestern Conference Tournament last weekend in Shawnee.
The high school finished seventh as a team and had four top three placers.
The junior high placed second as a team, thanks to six wrestlers in the top three.
“It was a good weekend for us,” said Sulphur head coach Drew Swartz. “Our numbers are down in high school right now but the guys we took, most of them did really well.”
