Dogs Win 3rd In Charles Heatley Tourney In Lindsay

Dogs Win 3rd In Charles Heatley Tourney In Lindsay

The Sulphur boys came back after the break and played its best ball of the young season, finishing 2-1 over the weekend in the Charles K. Heatley Invitational in Lindsay.

The No. 5 seed Dogs beat tournament host Lindsay 59- 49 on Thursday to move to the semifinals against Crooked Oak.

However, Sulphur came up just short on Friday night, losing to Crooked Oak 50-45.

The Dogs rebounded with a nice win on Saturday in the 3rd place game, beating Byng 58-48.
