Dogs Win 4th Straight In Win Over PV In Another Dominating Effort
The run of dominant wins continued last Friday for Sulphur, as they rolled over Pauls Valley on the road and moved to 3-0 in district play with a 41-7 win.
Sulphur (4-2, 3-0) racked up 388 total yards, showing balance with 176 through the air and 212 on the ground.
The Dogs had 15 first downs as a team and faced only four 3rd downs all game.
“I thought we executed pretty well,” said Sulphur head coach Jim Dixon. “Our offensive line continues to improve and block well each week. And we are doing a better job taking care of the ball, although we gave it up on the first drive the other night. Our backs and skill players are doing a good job and things are going well offensively for us right now.”
