Lady Bulldog’s 4x400 Relay Team Meets Their Goal And Then Some
For the group of Kenzie Ruth, Makella Mobly, Jaidyn Vallandingham and Kyrtleigh Snow, the goal was simple to start the year.
As the team that would make up the 4x400 relay for the Sulphur girls track squad, they wanted to break the school record.
Well, they did, a couple of times throughout the season.
But as the year went on, things changed a little.
The goal expanded a little, this time, to winning gold at the state track meet.
Well, earlier this month, they killed two birds with one stone, breaking the record that they had recently broke by five seconds and winning the state title in the mile relay.
The group ran 4:04.17 at state to shatter the record and finish the year on top, where they had been all year long.
