Lady Bulldog’s 4x400 Relay Team Meets Their Goal And Then Some

For the group of Kenzie Ruth, Makella Mobly, Jaidyn Vallandingham and Kyrtleigh Snow, the goal was simple to start the year.

SHS Athletes Honored At Banquet

In one of the best athletic years ever at Sulphur High School, one could imagine the annual athletic banquet was a fun night full of decorated athletes and accomplishments.

Howe Looking For Third Pole Vaulting Title

After winning state in the pole vault last year, Sulphur’s Faith Howe had already accomplished more than most in her high school career.
