Four Grapplers

These Sulphur wrestlers qualified for the OSSAA State wrestling tournament this weekend at the Oklahoma City Fairgrounds. They are, from left, Baer Webb, Gage Graham, Daityn Webb, and Aspen Jolly. Three Sulphur Bulldog wrestlers punched their tickets to the state tournament last weekend, qualifying at the Class 3A West Regional at Plainview.

The Sulphur Lady Dogs had no trouble winning another district title last Friday evening, as they easily took care of Newcastle to move on to the regional semifinals on Thursday.

Dogs Battle Tough In District Loss To Racers

The Dogs battled tough but came up just short in districts last Friday, falling in a close game to No. 8 Newcastle at home.
