Sulphur’s Gage Graham and Kolbe Madron each placed 4th at the Class 3A State Wrestling Championships last Saturday, both finishing strong seasons for the Bulldogs.
The Sulphur girls season came to an end last Thursday in the regional tournament, as Sulphur fell to Heritage Hall 54-47 and ended the season at 7-11.
The Sulphur boys season came to an end last Friday, in the regional consolation semifinals, as the Dogs finished the season 9-11.
The Sulphur girls battled late and made it close, but fell on Monday night in the first round of the playoffs, losing 43-35 at No. 16 Bridge Creek in districts.
