Sulphur Lady Bulldog golf placed second in their own tournament Thursday behind Tishomingo.
The team scored 343, their best score of the year.
“I think we are poised to make our fourth straight trip to the state tournament,” Linn Marshall said. “We just have to stay focused and play our best.”
Jordyn Johnston placed second with an 81.
Keagan Scott placed fourth with an 83, and Paisley Eason placed fifth with an 84. Landry Couch placed eighth with an 86.
The Bulldogs also competed in the Tecumseh Tournament last Tuesday, placing eighth with a 369.
Eason was the highest placer at 15th, shooting an 84.
Playoffs begin today at the Kingfisher Country Club.
