12&U Dogs Win Regional, Head To State Tournament
Team Meets Vian In First Round Of State
Sulphur ’s 12 & Under baseball team won the Oklahoma Regional Tournament at Lindsay last weekend, going 3-0 and waled away as regional champs.
The team will now head to Weatherford beginning Tuesday to start play in the state tournament.
The Dogs currently sit at 31-6 for the season, having won tournaments in Piedmont, Kingston, Sulphur and now at the Oklahoma Regional.They have outscored opponents 311-78 over 37 games played.
Their first game at the state tourney was held Tuesday against Vian.
