The Sulphur-Davis Elks Golf Course will host a course fundraiser golf tournament on Saturday, Sept. 13. The tournament will be a two-person scramble with a cost of $75 per person/$150 per team. The start time will 9:00 a.m. Interested contestants can contact the pro shop to register.
There will also be a silent auction held during the tournament. The auction is open to the public and not limited to just golfing participants.
Some items already donated for the auction include 2-Thunder Tickets, no-bake cookies, various gift baskets, patio cook-oout for 8, western art, 2-night stay at Artesian, Longaberger baskets, and much more.
All proceeds from the tournament and auction will be used to improve maintenance equipment at the course. Any donations would also be appreciated.
