Thursday, Oct. 30 has been designated by the Sulphur City Council as the official trick-ortreat night in Sulphur.
Parents are asked to use the time period from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. for their children to trick-or-treat, and remember to follow all Halloween safety precautions.
