Murray County 4-H members competed in the state 4-H archery contest held in Stillwater earlier this month. Seven members from the county competed and all seven placed. In Genesis 3D Jr., Blaine Johnson placed 16th and Juliana Johnson placed 28th. In the intermediate division, Kiliana Johnson placed 6th and Sophie Hood placed 8th.
In field, Kiliana Johnson placed 28th and Blaine Johnson 34th while Sophie Hood placed 9th and Kiliana Johnson 11th.
In FITA Jr., Juliana Johnson came in at 32nd with Blaine Johnson 37th, In intermediate division, Kiliana Johnson came in at 7th and Sophie Hood placed 9th.
In the 3D division Jr., Wyatt Hefley placed 4th and intermediate Jace Donaho placed 7th.
In the field division Jr., Wyatt Hefley placed 6th, Intermediate Jace Donaho placed 12th and Sr. Aubree Lee placed 12th.
FITA Jr. winner was Wyatt Hefley in 6th place, Intermediate Jace Donaho 10th place and Sr. Aubree Lee placed 14th.
