Sadie John, of Sulphur, a member of the Alpha Gymnastics of Moore, competed in the T-Town Crown Classic on Friday, Jan. 30. The T-Town Crown Classic was held in Broken Arrow.
Sadie took 1st overall in her age division in the USAG Level 3 with a 37.00 point total. She was 1st on vault with a 9.35, 1st on bars with a 9.3, 1st on beam with a 9.2 and 2nd on floor exercise with a 9.150.
Sadie will compete next at the Bounce Invitational on Friday, Feb. 6 in Yukon.
She is the daughter of Chase and Kristen John, of Sulphur, and the granddaughter of James and Kathy John, also of Sulphur, and Michael and Kathy Threet, of Choctaw.
TheAlpha Gymnastics USAG team is led by head coaches Karis Alford and Isabella Crowley.
