Sulphur Bulldog Wrestling Team Wins State Academic Championship
The Sulphur Bulldogs not only excelled on the mat this season in their wrestling program, but also in academics. Last Saturday during the state wrestling championships in Oklahoma City, the team was awarded the state academic championship trophy for their overall achievements in the classroom. Coach Conner Webb and Coach David Gilliam head up the program. Sulphur Superintendent Matt Holder is also pictured with the team, at right, at the trophy presentation.
