Charlene Ruth Fullerton-Tigert was born August 18, 1938, in Davis, to the late Charley Camrel and Ruth Estelle (Payne) Rogers, Sr. She passed away, surrounded by her family, on Monday, Jan. 29, 2024, in Plano, TX, at the age of 85. Charlene and Dwayne Fullerton were married on May 14, 1960, in Davis. He preceded her in death on January 25, 2004. She later married Tommy F. Tigert.
