Robin grew up in Hennessy and El Reno, graduating from El Reno High School in 1985.

After being out of school for several years, Robin attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University, where she earned a Doctorate’s Degree in Pharmacy in 1999.

Survivors include her husband, Scott; her mother, Martha Brown; her two children, Mandy Gulley and Taylor Evans; one granddaughter; one brother, Andy Brown; several nieces; and her best friend, Theresa Waxlax.

Robin was preceded, in death, by her father, Bill Brown; one brother, Mike Brown; and best friend, Les Blackwell.
