Ben, known by many nicknames throughout his family, was born on November 30, 1981, in Sulphur. He died on Sunday, November 2, 2025, in Dallas, at the age of 43.

Ben was a lifelong resident of Sulphur and attended Sulphur Public Schools.

Ben was a very proud member of the Choctaw Nation. On October 18, 2025, he accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior and followed that decision with believers baptism.

Survivors include his mother, Beverly Meely; sister, Angela Colbert and husband Michael; brother, Bryan Berryhill, Sr.; several nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Ben was preceded in death by his father, Julius Williamson; stepfathers, Ray Meely; maternal grandparents, Ernest and Viola Berryhill, Sr; and paternal grandparents, Armond and Hattie Williamson.
