Billy was born on July 21, 1950, to Henry Glenn Anderson and Betty Lou (Dowdy)Anderson. He was a graduate of Mill Creek High School in 1968. On August 15, 1969, he married Pamela J. Clark at Mill Creek. Billy went to work for OGandE and they moved his family throughout the state of Oklahoma, and in 1987, they landed in Ardmore.

After his retirement from OGandE, Billy enjoyed volunteering as a reserve police officer for the Lone Grove Police Department and a reserve Deputy Sheriff for Carter County. Billy is a past president of The Kiwanis Club of Lone Grove, and former member of the Kiwanis, Chamber of Commerce of Sapulpa and Lions Club. He was also a member of Sapulpa and Sulphur JC as Charter Member. Billy enjoyed being outside hunting and tending his cattle.

He was preceded in death by his parents, uncle, Dwain Penner and aunt, Roberta Penner.

Billy is survived by his wife, Pamela Anderson; daughters, Lisanne Anderson and Amanda Collins and husband Gary; son, Jedidiah Anderson and wife, Stephanie; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; brothers, Mike and Mark Anderson, and sister, Patti Cornelius.
