Randall Lee “Randy” Crawford
Randall Lee “Randy” Crawford

Randy was born May 8, 1948, in Sulphur, to the late Ernest L. “Bob” and Phyllis Jeanne (Ruhl) Crawford. He passed on Saturday, January 17, 2026, in Davis, at the age of 77. Randy and the former Ms. Carol Jolly were united in marriage on October 6, 1967, in Davis. Born to this union were three children, Kevin, Brit, and Amy.
Randy grew up in Davis, graduating from Davis High School, Class of 1967. Following high school, he became employed with the Joe Brown trucking company, working as a mechanic. At the age of 21, he began driving a truck for Browns. After many years, he left Browns and began driving cross-country until his kids became active in school activities. It was at that point that he began driving a truck for Stillwater Milling Co, which allowed him to be home to be more involved with his kids. Later, after his kids were grown, Randy went back to cross-country driving, transporting hazardous materials for Oakley. In 2024, after a 56-year career in trucking, he “unwillingly” retired, due to failing health.
Randy was a quiet man, rarely saying much. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, desiring the best for his family. In his spare time, Randy enjoyed watching old westerns and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He attended the Dougherty Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Carol; two sons, Kevin Crawford and wife Lisa of Marlow, and Brit Crawford and wife Shannon of Olathe, KS; daughter, Amy McGill and husband Brian of Sulphur; seven grandchildren, Bryson Crawford and wife Jane, Devin Crawford, Britne Johnson and husband Marcus, Kasey Crawford, Kyla Crawford, Ty Flanary and wife Kaitlyn, and Reagan Burrough and husband Ethan; seven great-grandchildren, Keira, Rylee, Makenna, Bryar, Maddyn, Rhodie, and Roc; his sister, Karynn Morris and husband Danny of Davis; as well as several nieces and nephews.
