Charlene was born on January 4, 1935, in Byars, OK, to the late Charles Robert and Ollie Mae (Simmons) Briscoe. She passed away on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, in Ardmore, at the age of 91. Charlene and Mr. Andy Harrison Warner were married on September 19, 1952, in Ardmore. He preceded her in death on July 10, 2020. In addition to her parents and husband, Charlene was preceded in death by her two brothers, Harold and Adrian Briscoe.

Survivors include her sister, Anita (Briscoe) Cummings; her two sons, Stephen Warner and Michael Warner and wife Vicky Joyce; two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; seven great-great grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Charlene spent many years working at the Oklahoma School for the Deaf, in Sulphur, where she worked as a house mother, caring for the older female students.
