Debra Sue Kelly, a resident of Sulphur, was born on June 24, 1954 in Bakersfield, CA, to Mary (Watson) and Richard Hurst. She passed away at her home on April 30, 2026 at the age of 71. She married Larry Kelly on August 17, 1991 and they spent their lives together until he preceded her in death. She had worked for Sulphur Schools in the cafeteria.
