City Manager Andy Freeman announced to city council members that Pete Haines was the new Sulphur Fire Chief at Monday night’s council meeting. Freeman told members Haines assumed the new position last Friday. In light agenda action, Sulphur City Council members approved the purchase of a new mower for the cemetery.
