David Earl Eaves

David Earl Eaves was born January 30, 1950, in Wynnewood, to the late Earl Richard and Viola Kate (Hobbs) Eaves. He died on Thursday, Nov. 3, 2022, in Oklahoma City, at the age of 72.

David was a lifelong resident of Murray County, attending school in Sulphur and Woodland. Following high school, he joined the United States Army. After serving in the Army, David returned to Davis, where he spent many years working as a loader operator for Dolese. He also spent 35+ years raising cattle and farming, David is survived by his son, Richard Eaves and wife Morgan of Davis; three grandchildren; one sister, Linda Kennedy; two brothers, Ricky and Dean Eaves; stepbrother, Donnie Hasten; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his parents, David was preceded in death by one brother, Roy Eaves.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, Nov.7, at the Green Hill Cemetery, in Davis, with Pastor Willard McCartney, Jr officiating.
