Services for Lillie Eileen Henry will be held 2:00 p.m., Monday April 17, 2023, at Hale’s Memorial Chapel, in Sulphur, with Pastor Bill Leveridge officiating. Burial will be at the Oaklawn Cemetery in Sulphur.

Lillie was born February 13, 1952, in Sulphur, to the late Harold Raymond and Ninnie Mae (Root) Wright. She died on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, in Midwest City, at the age of 71 years.

Lillie grew up in Sulphur, graduating from Sulphur High School. Following graduation, she and the late Robert Dean Long were united in marriage. To this marriage was born two daughters, Susan and Sandy. She later re-married, completing her family with a third daughter, Pamela Ann Michelle Stanford.

Lillie devoted her life to caring for her beloved family. In younger years, she did private in-home childcare. She cherished spending time with her grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoyed playing computer and Facebook games, watching television, and in earlier years, quilting.

In addition to her parents, Lillie was preceded in death by her infant daughter, Susan; two sisters, Ida Stanford, and Helen Hux; as well as one brother, Willie Watterson.

Survivors include two daughters, Sandy Barthelemy and husband Johnny of Sulphur, and Pamela Ann Michelle Miller of Hickory; nine grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; three adopted great-grandchildren; three sisters, Doris Turner of Oklahoma City, Lula Brewer of Ada, and Martha Stacey of Roff; two brothers, Jack Wright, and Raymond Wright, both of Sulphur; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
