Linda Kay Weaver

Linda Kay Weaver was born September 25, 1952, in Ada, to the late Russell Arches and Katie Lee (Wisdom) Colley. She passed away on Monday, March 6, 2023, in Sulphur, at the age of 70 years, 5 months and 11days. Linda and Larry D. Weaver were married on October 17, 1978, in Ardmore. He preceded her in death on May 22, 2013.

Linda grew up in Connerville. After graduating high school, she spent several years working at the Southern Oklahoma Resource Center in Pauls Valley, prior to spending 20+ years working for the Chickasaw Nation as a Community Health Representative.

Linda was a very devoted mother and grandmother. She cherished spending time with family, especially her beloved grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoyed fishing.

Survivors include one son, Rod McCurry and wife Kasey; three grandchildren,Andrew, Jalyn, and Sierra McCurry, all of Sulphur; one sister, Pansy Douglas of Ada; and two stepsons, Darren Weaver and Greg Weaver.
