Mary Beth Goodridge

Mary Beth Goodridge, of Sulphur, was born March 20, 1950 in San Antonio, Texas to Delbert and LaVerna (Harrison) Salyer. She passed away Saturday, April 16, 2022 in Sulphur at the age of 72 years and 26 days.

She grew up in the Oklahoma City area, where she graduated high school. She married John E. Goodridge on August 2, 1974 in Wewoka. He preceded her in death July 23, 2021.

Mary Beth had lived in Sulphur since 1992. She had worked in home health and was a beautician.

She was also preceded in death by her parents and a brother.

Surviving are two daughters, Julie Cobb and husband, Mark, of Reno, NV and Misti Goodridge of Sulphur; son, John Paul Goodridge and wife, Amanda, of Roff; 10 grandchildren, Taylor and Cameron Cobb, Kerystin Sexton, Kensley, Kalen, and Kyzer Rochelle, Reece Hill, Dayton, Fischer and Gatlin Goodridge; and one great grandchild.

Services were held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, April 25, 2022 at the Compassion Church in Stratford, with Rev. Shawn McKinney officiating. Interment followed in Oaklawn Cemetery in Sulphur.

Pallbearers were Reece Hill, Fischer Goodridge, Mish Rochelle, Dayton Goodridge, Justin Collier, and Walter Rucker.
