County OKs Surveillance System For Court House
Murray County Commissioners approved a motion to go out for bids for a video surveillance system for the inside and outside of the Murray County Courthouse as well as the sheriff’s office. The measure was approved at the group’s regular Monday meeting.
Members also convened in executive session to interview three applicants for the Murray County Emergency Manager position. Following the interviews, the board returned to regular session where they tabled the hiring of an employee for the position.
In other board action, District 1 Commissioner Kent McKinley was designated as the official board member for the Circuit Engineering District 6 .
