COVID-19 Cases In County Remain Low
COVID-19 cases in Murray County remain relatively low compared to other cities and towns in the state, according to the Oklahoma Department of Health website.
So far since March, a total of 29 cases have been recorded in this county with 27 of those listed as recovered. Only two cases are active in the county, both in Davis, according to the health department figures.
Statewide, there have been 25,433 COVID-19 positive cases since the beginning of the pandemic in March. A total of 19,750 of the total have recovered. The total number of deaths in the state stand at 452, according to the website.
Statewide Testing Challenges
Meanwhile, the health department said this week they are aware of the delays in the processing and reporting of COVID-19 test results, saying there are several factors in those testing challenges.
