Rain came pouring down in Sulphur during the early morning hours of Tuesday, causing minor flooding in low-lying areas of the city. Sulphur crews were out throughout the morning closing off low water areas and bridges, including this intersection at West 10th and Oklahoma St. Murray County was placed under a flood warning as of presstime Tuesday.
